Abstract :
In the 1960s to 1970s, a variety of geological disasters, especially debris flows, landslides, collapses and other disasters were well developed in many high mountain areas within scenic spots due to the lack of awareness of ecological and environmental protection in China. It not only caused loose sediments blocking the downstream lakes and made bad effects on the tourism quality and sustainable development in scenic spots, but also seriously threated the life and safety of local residents. For this reason, this paper, taking the disaster of debris flows in Xinjiang Tianchi Lake Scenic Spot as an example, based on the debris flow preventing models summarized by predecessors, uses the concept of ecological landscape restoration to protect natural ecological landscape for the debris flow source area in scenic spots. It is aimed to comprehensive utilization of geological relic landscape resources and achieve reasonable control of debris flows of Tianchi Lake and effective protection of natural landscape resources and tourism conditions.
