Abstract
The tracking, telemetry and command (TT&C) system is a phased mission system. In this paper, the mission sequential logic relations are described by sequential diagram, and mission reliability model of each phase and the reliability allocation model are built. In order to allocate its mission reliability, the main factors that should be considered in mission reliability allocation of TT&C system are introduced, and a heuristic algorithm (HA) is presented, which is based on weights. The reliability of each equipment is adjusted based on their weights, and bounded sampling method is used to predict the mission reliability after allocation is finished. Finally, with a numerical example the effectiveness of the method is discussed.
