Abstract :
A simple and efficient technique was presented to model PCBs enclosed within multistage interconnected cavities. The method employs magnetic currents over the nonmetallic region instead of electric currents over planar metallic parts. This aperture coupling method eliminates a need for complex multilayer GFs. The given results suggest that multistage cavities can only reduce coupling by using interconnecting slots of different sizes
