Abstract :
This paper deals with modeling, design and computer simulations of inductorless dual-mode crystal oscillators. The main goal of the paper is to show how we can design and realize the inductorless dual-mode crystal oscillator by means RC structures with distributed parameters, and to highlight some properties of such oscillators. We have studied several modifications of RC distributed dual-mode oscillators with SC and AT-cut resonators (exciting the fundamental mode frequency 10 MHz and the third overtone)
