Abstract :
A high-precision power meter with a self-calibration function in the short-millimeter wave region (94GHz) has been developed. As a result of self-calibration, a high effective efficiency (99.86 %) of the built-in thin-film barretter mount has been obtained, and a reliable measurement of millimeter wave power with an overall accuracy of +-1 % has become possible.
