Abstract
Additional guidelines for UWB antenna design are presented and a low-cost UWB antenna is proposed that offers circuit integration possibilities, namely, a partial ground plane triangular monopole (PGPTM). Time and frequency domain performance of this antenna is investigated with the simulation results being in good agreement with the measured values.
