Abstract :
This paper gives a connotation for CDSCP (CDSCP, collecting and distributing system of container port) after the analysis of general port collecting and distributing system. By constructing layered CDSCP network architecture, a generalized shortest route model is established, which is made up of three parts: line-haul transportation cost, transferring cost and constructive cost with overcapacity punishment at nodes. The model aims at minimizing the network cost. The optimum combination of CDMs (CDM, collecting and distributing mode) in CDSCP is presented quantitatively based on the inverse relation between cost and time. Finally a case study is introduced to illustrating this model. The achievements above solve the problem of CDM optimization in CDSCP, which provide significant references for the logistics of container port.
