Abstract
This paper empirically studies factors determining the use of E-recruitment systems. The technology acceptance model(TAM)is used as the main framework and combines with other three factors. Firstly, a hypothetical model was given, which was derived from the integration of TAM, subjective norm, perceived risk, perceived expenses, job pressure. Secondly, the structural equation modeling(SEM) technique was used to evaluate the causal model and confirmatory factor analysis was applied to examine the reliability and validity of the measurement model by collected data. Job pressure has significantly effect behavioral intention on e-recruitment. Finally, discussion and explanation about the result was put forward.
