Abstract
With the gradual deepening of economic globalization, transnational corporations began their global R & D investment of the layout. The purpose of this action using its resources to integrate the advantages of transnational corporations, by this the corporation can better serve the local market and gain a global competitive advantage. Transnational corporations is the main promoter in R & D globalization system, especially multinational corporations in developed countries occupy a large number of global R & D share. Developing countries, especially in East and Southeast Asia countries, have gradually begun to integrate into the process.
