Abstract :
The performance evaluation of green supply chain plays an important role in green supply chain management of enterprises. According to the characters of green supply chain management, the index system of performance evaluation consisting of five classification criteria of financial performance, customer service quality, cost level, business process and green environmental is designed. The index weights are determined by combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and information entropy method, which can overcome the disadvantages of other methods in deciding the weights. The model of green supply chain´s performance evaluation is proposed based on grey system evaluation and applied to evaluate four green supply chain of one electronics industry. The case shows that the model is effective and can provides a basis for decision-making for enterprises improving green supply chain´s overall performance.
