Study on the brain drain crisis management mechanism of knowledge-intensive business services

The Knowledge-intensive Business Services (KIBS) play an important strategic role in the development of national economy. However, China´s KIBS are in an early stage of development, to the worst, in the situation of a heavy brain drain which has become a serious business crisis to threat their healthy and rapid development. Therefore, the brain drain crisis of the KIBS should be attached great importance and the KIBS firms should actively carry out management innovation. This paper tries to build up an effective and scientific coping mechanism - bi-track & dynamic crisis management system of brain drain.
