Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among service personnel´s perceived organizational support (POS), career commitment and career satisfaction, 219 service persons were assessed. The results were as follows: (1) There was a significantly positive correlation between perceived organizational support and career success.(2) Career commitment had positive effects on service personnel´s career success.
