Abstract :
In this paper, the Lorentz-Drude model is incorporated into a three-dimensional (3D) finite difference time domain (FDTD) algorithm to characterize the gold film electrical properties at optical and IR wavelengths for the nano-scale IR dual-band FSS filter. Fractal circular and square FSSs are studied and designed at near infrared and optical wavelengths
