Abstract
The paper describes parts of a research project that focused Green E-Business as an essential contribution to save energy and to prevent pollution. Therefore a special method using multimedia and web potentials has been developed. It is suited to optimize classical and online based organisational worksteps as well as value chains. The method is demonstrated using the example of an e-commerce process.
