Abstract :
In order to adapt to the development of smart substation metering technology, it requires a set of measurement system which is consistent the feature of smart substation on the basis of the new technical conditions, with electronic transformer measurement characteristics of output signal and the relevant standards, focuses on the analog inputs of IEC60044-7/8 standard, the analog small-signal meter works, performance characteristics and practical applications are researched, and the measuring testing systems and trace ability program of analog small-signal power meter are discussed, a set of analog small-signal meter on-site assessment system is proposed. Since there are no national standards and industry standards for the analog small-signal power metering, the relevant standard need carrying out with a series of smart substations being into operation.
