Abstract :
A customer knowledge discovery network is designed based on HD-Chord for enterprises. Customer knowledge domain ontology from structures and logics with P2P technologies, semantic ontology descriptions and clustering, etc are described. On the basis, customer knowledge discovery methods are analyzed with semantic clustering and practices in customer knowledge management of large-scale enterprises.
