Recently, research has begun to address the impact of customer participation on employeespsila job satisfaction.. However, the relationship between the two variables may not be directly.But the current research attached no importance to it. The relationship between these two variables are still a ldquoblack boxrdquo. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to provide a model to explain the effect of customer participation on service providerspsila job satisfaction. The results indicate that higher customer participation will increase contact employeespsila perceived organizational support and supervisory support, which will in turn increase contact employeespsila job satisfaction. Finally, implications of these findings for managing customer participation are discussed.
