Message from the editors

We are grateful to have over 80 scientific papers that truly represent the advances and cutting edge research in the next generation of the internet: the Digital Ecosystems. These papers were selected according to the IEEE referees´ standard. Each paper was subject to review by 2–5 reviewers of the program committee members. We have 6 technical tracks and 6 special sessions with high interest topics. Additionally, the conference has Innovation Adoption Forum for Industry and Public Sector, chaired by O. Sinan Tumer and Achim Karduck. The conference will last 4 days and provide abundant activities including poster sections every day and an interesting social program.
