Abstract :
Welcome to the proceedings of the 2010 4th IEEE International Conference on Digital Ecosystems and Technologies (DEST) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this digital age, strong development of the digital networked infrastructure has dominated our services delivery, economic growth and life-style. Digital Ecosystems include the coupling of the Social Networks which supports dynamic coalitions, in which we can see the digital paradigm is the primary driver of our networked economy. This is a move beyond independent services to composite, autonomous, social dependent agents or coalitions to fulfil more complex tasks.
