A Empirical Research of the Relationship between IT Outsourcing Business and Technology Absorptive Capacity

In this paper, the relationship and effectiveness between IT outsourcing business and technology absorptive capacity are researched. The past researches have paid more attention to the affect factors of technology absorptive capacity, but the research that the effects of technology absorptive capacity is lacking at present. So, the relationship model of IT outsourcing business and technology absorptive capacity is set up, and using the survey data analyzed both relationship and effectiveness.
