Abstract
According to the basic principles of earned value analysis, combined with current advanced information technology, modeling of earned value analysis based on ERP business intelligence (BI) system is researched and discussed. The research provides a feasible train of thought for the realization of comprehensive project progress and cost control and refined management. It is possible to control the progress and cost precisely by using the advanced ERP information system and the work breakdown structure, and reduce the users´ workload as much as possible.
