Abstract
In this paper, analytical expressions of power-gains derived using two previously reported methods are compared. First approach involves the normalization of incident and reflected waves using conjugate characteristic impedances (CCI) of the line and the other involves the normalization using a characteristic conductance (CC) of the line. Then power-gains are numerically compared in a specified range of the argument Phi of the line characteristic impedance
