Abstract :
Due to the difference of path planning on the plane and real circumstances, the path planning on ellipsoid earth was adopted. The basic principle of shortest tangent method was analyzed. The path planning model of ellipsoid earth based on shortest tangent method was built. The steps and processes of model building are discussed. The results of simulation shows that the path planning method which is based on shortest tangent method on the ellipsoid earth can avoid the threat fleetly and availably.
