Abstract :
This paper presents a three-dimensional model of electromagnetic wave scattering on the stratified random discrete media, including the inhomogeneous flow of scatterers. The dependencies of scattering and absorbing signal energies from the parameters are investigated, along with the description of inhomogeneous structure of random discrete media and the flow of scatterers. The results of analysis of the frequency spectrum of the signal scattered from the flow are presented
