Abstract :
A CVD method to obtain transparent layers of azoaromatic polymers by using diazides which melt before decomposition was established. Such polymers are photoconductors with the maximum sensitivity at about 400 nm. The photoconduction and the effect of light on the dielectric constant seem to be of real interest for applications
