Abstract :
Luminescent emission induced by high energy electron beam excitation has been investigated in porous silicon layers treated in hydrogenated, inert and oxidant atmosphere. Radiative transitions responsible for a blue emission band with a relatively stable intensity, as well as the variation of the red band intensity as a function of the surface states were analysed
