Abstract :
TecDigital is the e-learning project of the Costa Rica Institute of Technology (TEC). This paper describes the main characteristics of TEC Digital as a successful case study of e-learning integration in higher education in Costa Rica. In particular, the paper describes TEC Digital objectives and organization, development stages, instructor involvement approach, projects and training, institutional impact, and conclusions and future work.
