Abstract
This paper addresses the development of an EBG antenna for Patria mini-UAV. The operation frequency of the antenna is centered at 2.35 GHz with 80 MHz input-match bandwidth for transmitting video data from the mini-UAV to the ground control station. The designed antenna is attached to the mini-UAVs wing, and the antenna is looking down to the ground
