Abstract
The traditional reliability modeling method is difficult to model and analyze the reliability for network system (NS), and a new reliability modeling method for NS based on generalized stochastic petri net(GSPN) is proposed. On the basis of discussing the formalization definition of GSPN and constructing the relation between the modeling elements of GSPN and the parameters of reliability model, it describes the process of modeling the reliability model for NS particularly. Finally, a certain type of integrated vetronics system (IVS) is selected as an example, and the proposed modeling method is validated.
