Abstract :
The modern satellite communication depends on satellite-station data links widely. The transmitting reliability of satellite-station data links is one of the most important factors for satellite navigation and nature disaster remote sensing. The satellite-station data links must be flexible enough to be established and eliminated, so it is a multi-state system. The space and atmosphere will affect the satellite-station data links transmitting reliability significantly. Reliability problem of real time satellite navigation and nature disaster remote sensing will become more serious in this situation. In this paper, influence factors are classified, and the transmitting influence model of satellite-station data links is presented. The transmitting reliability network model is given with considering characteristic the satellite-station data links´. Finally, reliability analysis of satellite-station data links system is conducted.
