            Abstract :
This paper presents a modeling framework for developing multi-agent systems composed by networked identical agents that interact to perform a collective task. An agent architecture for addressing this kind of distributed problems is presented. Then the component devoted to represent and revise the agent´s hybrid (continuous and discrete) state is detailed. The framework is illustrated using a case study dealing with a sensor network application.
