Abstract :
Understanding of the travel time reliability of military transportation network between two points could reduce supply break of military material and increase the anti-damage ability. This paper presents a methodology of evaluating the road reliability under military attack. The travel time reliability function of military transportation network is established and the involved algorithms are suggested. The method provides a new approach to study how to improve the Mission Capable Rate (MCR). Besides, it may be useful for the commanders to make appropriate decisions.
