Abstract :
In order to solve the reliability estimation with incomplete reliability information in different development stages of products, an integral inference method is given in this paper. By using the maximum likelihood method, the log-likelihood function for the type-I censored and grouped data is established. The point estimation of parameters and the covariance between them are also obtained. At last, a lot of Monte Carlo simulation is adopted to prove the method given in this paper is better than the traditional method. Because the method given in this paper can make the reliability data in different stages an integral for statistical analysis, it can reach higher precision than the traditional method.
