Abstract :
In reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), maintenance policies are made not only through analyzing failure mode but also considering the relationship of performance, economic and maintenance policy. RCM is becoming a preferred popular maintenance analysis method for complex system. Traditional RCM lacks of quantificational facility on importance analysis, technical state estimate and maintenance policy, which lowered the efficiency and accuracy of maintenance analysis. This paper introduced traditional RCM analysis method, analyzed the existing problem and brings forward an improved RCM analysis method. A frame of armament equipment depot-level maintenance policy decision-making is established, which offered scientific foundation for the establishment of depot-level maintenance policy decision-making.
