Abstract :
As the core of equipment, the technical condition of power system directly influences the equipment availability. The technical condition monitoring of equipment power system is carried out to know and master its quality condition. On the basis of condition data accumulating constantly, the changing law could be studied so as to achieve the goal of condition based maintenance (CBM). Control chart is a kind of quality control tool which is widely used in the production field. The principle of using statistics to monitor process is also suitable for the technical condition monitoring of equipment power system. Aiming at the shortcoming of the traditional control chart in the aspect of control scope, improve and apply it to the condition monitoring of equipment power system to prevent the emergence of fault.
