Abstract :
The stop bandwidth extremums in the eigenwave mode of a periodic iris-loaded circular waveguide are presented for all of the wave types in the structure; the waveguide dimensions are the arguments. The initial attempt at physical analysis is made via a comparison between the different wave types.
