Abstract :
This paper proposes a center-feed post-wall waveguide parallel plate slot array. The bandwidth is 1.6 GHz for the reflection below -15 dB. The bandwidth with gain reduction of 1 dB is 1.7 times as wide as that of a conventional type. The sidelobe level in the E-plane increases to -7.8 dB because of the blocking area, which is suppressed down to -11.1 dB by introducing taper distribution along the radiation waveguide
