Abstract :
Base on an improved three-dimensional wheel-rail contact trace algorithm and a new model of wheel-rail contact force, dynamical model of China Railway High-speed(CRH) vehicle is established, which can quick get wheel-rail contact point and contact force and accurately predict vehicle dynamic behavior. Then, a new vehicle dynamic simulation system is developed in MATLAB, called dynamic derailment system for CRH (DDSCRH). Consequently, dynamic behavior of wheelset, bogie and carbody are all calculated in straight line and curve line. Most important, dynamical derailment process of high speed vehicle is obtained by DDSCRH. Results shows there exists the critical position on climb wheel and the critical impact speed on impact derailment is also obtained. The simulation system can be used to study dynamic derailment mechanism and help to find the key factors to the incident.
