Abstract
In this talk, a service-driven architecture of wireless network is proposed to incorporate with MDC. Tliis architecture reveals the fundamental principle of MDC that multi-domain is used to create the degree of freedom (DOF), while multi-domain collaboration is to effectively exploit the benefit of the DOF. Moreover, a glimpse of promising ways to increase the transmission capacity of wireless networks with collaboration among power, space, and frequency domains is given. Likewise, a novel framework supporting aggregate broadcasting is contrived to significantly improve system capacity by utilizing the similarity of content in time, space, and inherent delay tolerance. In the end of this talk, the representative related research programs hi China, such as National basic research program (973) and National High-tech research program (863), are briefly introduced.
