Abstract :
This paper gives an analysis of the reliability test data of 6 types of armament with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the degrees of reliability of the 6 tested armaments are obtained through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis, and the basis for model selection in aspect of reliability is given. The calculation result shows that it is practicable to adopt fuzzy mathematics in research of reliability tests.
