Abstract :
The recent research results of silicon-based monolithic millimeter-wave (MMW) integrated circuits (MMICs) at National Taiwan University (NTU) are presented in this paper. Using standard MS/RF CMOS processes, many impressive results were demonstrated. Both the MMIC designs and measured performances will be described. Significant impacts are expected due to the development for future research works in the related areas.
