Abstract :
In paper proposes a linear combination (LC) algorithm instead of the CFAR criterion and the CDR criterion in energy detection. The LC algorithm linearly combines the probability of detection and the probability of false alarm, and optimizes them simultaneously. Based on the LC algorithm, the closed-form expression for the optimal decision threshold of energy detector is derived. Simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
