Abstract :
A compact, low-profile, planar, microstrip fed, low-cost antenna which can be integrated easily with RF circuitry on the same printed circuit board has been designed for 3G wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) mobile and WLAN applications.The proposed antenna fills this gap with a small footprint of 18x21 (mm2).The antenna is built on FR-4 type substrate, and the radiating patch is loaded by another FR-4 layer on top.
