Abstract :
In this paper, the hybrid system combining space-time block coding (STBC) with eigen-beamforming is investigated. A nonuniform linear array (NLA) is employed in place of uniform linear array (ULA) to enhance bit error rate (BER) performance. Simulations illustrate performance improvement under channels with various degrees of spatial correlation
