Abstract :
The paper introduces the key technology of the semantic Web and methods of the software component description. After the analysis of the description of facet components and the description of formal methods, the author puts forward the Ontology Component Description model based on the Semantic Web. After the analysis and comparison this model with others, component representation based on Ontology Web Language is given.
