Abstract :
In consideration of feature and requirement of equipment maintenance support servicemen training, the matter element comprehensive evaluation model was established based on extension theory, in order to overcome the subjectivity and relevance between indicators in traditional evaluation method, rough set theory was introduced to the evaluation of equipment maintenance support training effect. the method that rough set attribute significance degree combined with AHP theory was applied to fix the indicators´ weight, and extension theory correlative function was proposed and calculated, in the end, an practical example was evaluated using the superior degree evaluation method, indicated that the evaluation model was impersonal and comprehensive, verified the method is reasonable and valid.
