Abstract :
The purpose of the paper is to reassume some of the motivations of the groundwork stages of biocybernetics and the later bionic formulations and try to reconsider two basic questions: (1) What can neuroscience bring into computation? (the new bionics). (2) What can return computation to neuroscience? (the new biocybernetics)
