Abstract :
Aiming at the problem that the target is undefined in equipment quality monitoring, a kind of analytical method based on QFD(Quality Function Development) for equipment quality monitoring is brought up, and the QFD waterfall resolving model for equipment quality monitoring is also set up. Through the links of course planning, characteristic planning and index planning, storage, operation, servicing, repair of equipment are confirmed as key courses, and tactics and technology performence, timeliness are confirmed as key characteristics, and operational readiness, operational availability, mean time between fault(MTBF), mean time to repair(MTTR) are confirmed as key indexes of equipment quality monitoring, which lay the foundation for equipment quality management and control.
