  • Abstract
    The numeric simulation of light propagation in the strongly scattering absorptive or amplifying medium was carried out by Monte-Carlo method. The additional attenuation was shown to rise in the absorptive medium under multiple light scattering. Under the same conditions the photons multiplication and lasing occur in the amplifying medium. The effects dependences on the medium parameters were analyzed
