Abstract

Through integrated analysis to the weapon material support elements of information flow, material flow, personnel flow and capital flow, this paper formed the civil-military integrated weapon material support system based on network and information. Civil-military integrated weapon material support operation mechanism is established through the aspects of management operation, support mobilization, quality supervision, market competition, regulations and standards and safety insurance, which provide powerful motive force and reliable guarantee for the improvement of civil-military integrated weapon material support.
